چکیده

Data-driven manufacturing in Industry 4.0 demands digital metrology not only to drive the in-process quality assurance of manufactured products but also supply reliable data constantly adjust process parameters for zero-defect processes. Better quality, improved productivity, and increased flexibility processes are obtained by combining intelligent production systems advanced information technologies where plays a significant role. While traditional coordinate measurement machines offer strengths performance, accuracy, precision, they most appropriate solutions when fast, non-contact fully automated is needed. In this way, optical 3D tackles these limitations offers some additional key advantages deploying integrated capability collect their use decision-making. However, full adoption depends on establishment metrological traceability. Thus, article presents practical approach task-specific uncertainty assessment realisation dense point cloud type measurement. Finally, it introduces an experimental exercise which data-driven automatic acquisition evaluation performed through model-based definition strategy.
